For inquiries related to returns, refunds, and exchanges, please reach out to us via email at help@kbrewcoffee.com.

If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, kindly inform us by sending an email to help@kbrewcoffee.com. If the payment has already been processed, the refund will be initiated and completed within 7 to 10 working days.

Should you be dissatisfied with the coffee, you have the option to return any unused packets within 3 working days, and we will promptly refund your payment. Please note that no returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defective unit has been shipped. To initiate a return request, please email us at help@kbrewcoffee.com with the subject 'Please refund my order.'

Additionally, it's important to mention that no returns will be accepted for discounted products.
